Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and utilizing available tools and assets to drive project progress. The individual actively engages with various stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and collaboration, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively within the defined scope and quality parameters.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project delivery milestones and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and resolve conflicts.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management.
- Experience with identity and access management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity management.
- Ability to design and implement scalable identity solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with cloud and on-premises applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving identity-related issues to maintain secure access controls.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
