As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and monitoring systems to safeguard sensitive information. You will also engage in problem-solving activities to address security challenges and ensure that all operations align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions.
- Familiarity with security incident response and management.
- Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
