Position Regional Head East - Provider Network (Senior Manager)

Background to the role

• Provider Network Team is the team which is responsible for managing thesupply of the services provided to the customers and responsible for
  maintaining margins for the company.
• Executive will be responsible for Provider Network Management that involvecoordination with service providers (Diagnostic centers, Labs, Clinics &Hospitals) & Internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the entire East Zone providers.
Identifying providers & Empaneling based on the business requirement.
Negotiation with the service providers and to keep Margin on the services taken.
Service provider Quality management through regular Audits & Mystery Checks
Identifying the performance and utilization of the network providers
Meeting service providers on regular basis to maintain the relationship and
improve the service quality.
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly network reports
Team management of East.

 

Skills

Undergraduate from a reputed institute in any discipline.
Track record of impact across 1-2 dimensions – academics, extra-curricular
activities, social impact.
3+ year of experience in health care industry.
Command on Microsoft office specially Excel & PPT.

Core Competencies

Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening,
facilitation, and reasoning skills.
Must be comfortable working in an organization with a flat structure
Ability to prioritize and analytical thinker
Good communication skill – English & Regional Language
Excellent coordination and managerial skills
