Senior MIS Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the organization’s MIS reporting processes and dashboards.

2. Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights for leadership and business teams.

3. Develop and maintain efficient MIS systems to support key business functions.

4. Design and implement regular reports and presentations for senior management.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and reporting systems.

6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and systems.

7. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes.

8. Supervise and train junior MIS staff.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Proven experience (4+ years) in MIS reporting and data analysis.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other data analysis tools.

4. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
