Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare MOPs and service delivery documentation
- Deploy, configure, and verify telecom solutions
- Support customer solution launches and troubleshoot issues
- Provide feedback for product improvement and automation
- Stay updated with product releases and drive delivery efficiency

Required Skills:

- 4–10 years in Telecom/IT with 5G policy, IoT/NBIoT, DNS exposure
- Strong in Dockers and Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms (OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware Tanzu)
- Experience with Linux (SUSE), RESTful APIs, SBI interfaces, and 5G DMC flows.
- Good knowledge in Helm orchestration through Kubernetes for deployment.
- Good knowledge on OS (SUSE Linux, etc..) and Cloud technologies (OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware Tanzu, etc..)
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Ansible) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub)
- Solid understanding of IP networking, SNMP, NETCONF, Prometheus, Grafana
- Familiarity with databases (Postgres, KVDB), Kafka, Agile, JIRA
- Knowledge of CNCF, TOSCA standards, and solution integration interfaces
- Experience with protocol analyzers like Wireshark is a plus
