• Installation and Commissioning:Install and configure printing and packaging machines at client sites.Ensure machines meet operational standards and perform testing to confirm functionality.Train end-users on machine operations, safety, and maintenance.
• Maintenance and Repairs:Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines to ensure reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues efficiently to minimize downtime.Replace or repair defective parts, components, or entire machines as necessary.
• Customer Support:Respond promptly to customer calls for troubleshooting and service.Provide technical support and guidance to customers on machine use, maintenance, and issue prevention.Record and document service activities, including diagnostics, parts replaced, and recommendations.
• Technical Assistance and Upgrades:Advise customers on system upgrades, retrofits, or machine enhancements.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and reporting.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to client locations and work outside of regular hours when required.
• Technical Knowledge:(Added advantage) Knowledge with CIJ, TIJ, TTO, DOD, and LASER batch coding machines, and understanding of machine control systems.
