Service Relationship Manager - Private Banking-Kotak Private Banking-Customer Service
- Manage and nurture relationships with private banking clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their service needs and resolving issues promptly. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized banking solutions tailored to client requirements. - Monitor client portfolios and service delivery to maintain strong client engagement and retention. - Support business growth by identifying opportunities within the private banking segment. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements relevant to private banking. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. - Work closely with relationship managers and other stakeholders to enhance the overall client experience.Job role
