Position Description

Accountable that the technical solution implementation which meets the functional requirements specified by the Business Analyst

Accountable that deliverables meet requirements wrt reliability availability performance and security compliance

Supports the Delivery Manager in timely provision of technical environments

Supports the Delivery Service manager in DevOps

Promptly escalate issues which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence

Contributes to overall scrum team goals and objectives

Ensure seamless business operations support third line when needed

Performs detailed unit testing for identifying the bugs

Position Requirements

Masters in SFDC Sales Cloud and the integration aspects with other platforms including solid understanding of architecture

8 years of minimum technical implementation not support operations experience SFDC Sales Cloud is required

Good understanding of Salesforce customization Apex VF Lightning component development lightning experience Integration webservices OData Code quality SFDC CICD deployment

Experienced with preparing technical designs and validating the output delivered by development teams against those designs including code review

Handson expertise on SFDC Technical concepts and integration aspects with other platforms

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments

Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
