Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Finance Management in supporting Concentrix team towards supplier invoice validation and processing,
• Transport Metrics to be maintained as per agreed Targets including OTA, OTD & No Show.
• Responsible for handling Escalation for all transport operational related issues.
• Prepare weekly performance / KPI reports and maintain performance dashboards.
• Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Flexibility to work in any shift and on weekends as and when needed
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining professional demeanor.
• Effectively present information to internal and external associates
• Effectively manage the team.
• Maintaining effective and clear communication with all Internal and External stakeholders including suppliers.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Good understanding of operational metrics
• Vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Transport domain including financial piece.
• Knowledge of MS Office and good presentation skills.
• Proper knowledge of Kolkata geography. Should be able to identify areas
• Knowledge about transport technology including employee safety features e.g MoveInSync application.
• Good communication skills-  oral and written.

Educational qualification:

Graduation in any discipline
