Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Spoken English Trainer to help our learners master conversational English. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, activity-based sessions that focus on real-world communication. Your goal is to build students' confidence, refine their pronunciation, and help them achieve professional or academic fluency.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct interactive spoken English sessions for individuals or groups, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational flow.
• Curriculum Design: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and training materials tailored to different proficiency levels (Beginner to Advanced).
• Activity-Based Learning: Facilitate role-plays, group discussions, and language games to encourage active participation and practical usage.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate students’ language proficiency through regular tests and provide constructive, personalized feedback to track progress.
• Confidence Building: Create a supportive and motivating classroom environment that encourages learners to overcome their fear of speaking.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance, and provide regular progress reports to management or parents.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or in a similar language teaching role.
• Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language with a neutral or clear accent.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Public Speaking: Strong presentation skills to lead sessions confidently.
• Classroom Management: Ability to manage student dynamics and maintain an orderly, focused learning space.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods according to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with online teaching platforms like Zoom or Google Meet and basic MS Office.
