What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services In supply chain planning, "Source" refers to the process of identifying and procuring the necessary materials and services from suppliers. This includes selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. The goal is to ensure a reliable supply of quality materials at the best cost. Effective sourcing helps maintain production schedules and control costs. It is essential for the smooth operation of the supply chain. Supplier relationship management (SRM) is the discipline of strategically planning for, and managing, all interactions with third party organizations that supply goods and/or services to maximize the value of those interactions. Develops metrics for tracking supplier KPIs focusing on Cost to Serve, Cycle time, Contract compliance and Customer Satisfaction.
