Job Description
Tagetik BA/Developer role
- Work with finance, accounting, and business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Design and configure Tagetik modules including CPM, Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting as per business needs.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities: requirement gathering, functional design, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Build and manage Tagetik workflows, data models, hierarchies, business rules, allocation logic, and reporting templates.
- Collaborate with IT teams for data integration, ETL processes, and resolving system or data-related issues.
- Create user stories, functional specifications, test cases, and solution documentation.
- Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and adherence to financial control requirements.
- Troubleshoot Tagetik issues and coordinate with vendor support when needed.
- Stay updated on new Tagetik features and best practices to enhance platform usage.
