Summary
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert specializing in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise content management solutions integrated with core business platforms such as SAP and other enterprise systems. You will collaborate with clients to understand content lifecycle requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement OpenText xECM best practices to enhance information governance, compliance, and digital workplace efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement OpenText xECM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Lead integration of OpenText xECM with enterprise platforms (SAP, Microsoft, or other business applications).
Participate in requirement gathering workshops, solution architecture discussions, and client presentations.
Ensure effective document lifecycle management, records management, and information governance using xECM capabilities.
Provide technical expertise in content modeling, metadata design, security configuration, and workflow automation within xECM.
Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure solution stability.
Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and delivery standards related to OpenText xECM implementations.
Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) implementation, configuration, and administration.
Experience integrating OpenText xECM with SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or ECC) or other enterprise systems.
Good understanding of OpenText Content Server architecture, business workspaces, document types, and metadata configuration.
Experience in workflow configuration, document lifecycle automation, and compliance frameworks within xECM.
Knowledge of OpenText APIs, REST services, and integration frameworks.
Strong understanding of enterprise content governance, records management, and security models.
Good to Have:
Experience with OpenText Archive Center, Intelligent Capture, or other OpenText suite components.
Exposure to cloud deployments and migration projects involving xECM.

Additional Information
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in OpenText xECM solutions.
15 years of full-time education required.
