- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of human capital management processes and their integration with technology solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable employee central modules within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.

- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
