Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that enhance the technology landscape. Your role will also include mentoring team members and providing guidance on best practices in technology architecture, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. - Experience with application development frameworks and methodologies. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
