Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will engage in the design and delivery of technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards, while continuously evaluating and improving the technology landscape to meet evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Conduct regular assessments of technology architecture to ensure alignment with best practices and emerging trends.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Experience with integration patterns and data modeling.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with security best practices in technology architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
