Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the solutions provided meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and career development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices.
- Experience with system integration and data migration related to HCM solutions.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
