What this job involves:

• Spearhead transaction origination and execution in India's high-growth regional markets, with primary focus on Bhubaneswar and Odisha commercial real estate sectors
• Structure innovative debt and financing solutions while building strategic relationships with regional developers and institutional partners
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, pipeline management, and business development activities that drive JLL's expansion into emerging markets
• Coordinate complex transactions from origination through execution, providing market intelligence and strategic insights
• Position JLL as the preferred partner for regional real estate development and investment opportunities

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

• A seasoned professional with minimum 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or real estate transactions
• Experienced in structuring and executing financial/debt transactions within the real estate sector
• Well-connected with regional real estate developers and familiar with their business models and requirements
• Knowledgeable about the Bhubaneswar/Odisha market with proven transaction experience in these regions
• Skilled in client relationship management and stakeholder coordination across complex deal processes
• Capable of supporting business development through market intelligence, property sourcing, and database management
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and executive presentations
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; local language proficiency preferred
