Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Associate to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person to follow up on overdue payments
• Negotiate repayment terms in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, payment plans, and collections
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and escalate issues when necessary
• Generate regular reports on collection status and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal guidelines during recovery processes
• Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (Malayalam preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
• Time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Qualifications Minimum: 10th Pass
