We specialize in high-quality cashew processing and innovative food products for both domestic and export markets. To support our expanding operations, we’re looking for a Food Technologist to join our quality and product development team.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee food processing and quality control during production.
• Develop and test new food products and formulations.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and export quality standards.
• Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluation, and process optimization.
• Maintain documentation and records for food safety audits.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve efficiency and product consistency.
• Qualifications:B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
• Good understanding of FSSAI guidelines and quality assurance systems.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
