Job Description:As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable credit card products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage walk-in customers at partner stores or kiosks.
• Explain the features, benefits, and usage of different credit cards.
• Assist customers with the application process and required documentation.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and updated information about products and offers.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English understanding with fluency in Tamil.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work in field and meet customers daily.
