Civil Site Engineer

Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all subcontractors and labor crews adhere to the construction program.

​Technical Execution: Interpret architectural and structural drawings; perform "setting out" and leveling to ensure structures are placed accurately.

​Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and material testing (concrete, soil, etc.) to ensure compliance with project standards and building codes.

​Safety Leadership: Enforce a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all site personnel follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.

​Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and "as-built" drawings. Track material consumption to minimize waste.

​Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical glitches or site bottlenecks immediately to prevent project delays.
