📋 Job Description: Video KYC Executive🏢 Position OverviewThe Video KYC Executive is responsible for conducting customer verification through secure video calls, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and RBI/SEBI/KYC norms.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct video-based KYC sessions with customers to verify identity and documents.
• Validate customer information against submitted documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of verification sessions and update CRM systems.
• Identify and report suspicious activities or discrepancies during verification.
• Provide customer support by clarifying queries related to the KYC process.
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to streamline onboarding.
• 🧑‍💼 Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Basic knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with strong ethical standards.
• 📌 Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in banking/fintech customer onboarding or compliance.
• Exposure to video conferencing tools and digital verification platforms.
