Job Title:- Video KYC Maker, Video KYC Checker


Department:- Operations & Service


Reports To:- Manager – Operations & Service


Employment Type:- FTC (Fixed Term Contract – On Roll)


Job Location:- Kopargaon


Salary:- 22k to 25k 


Work Mode:- Work from Office 


Office time:- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM


Gender Preference:- Female/ Male candidates 


Assets:- Bike and Laptop required 


Position Overview


We are looking for detail-oriented and compliance-driven professionals to join Bajaj Finserv Lending Ltd as Video KYC Maker and Video KYC Checker. The role involves conducting and reviewing Video KYC processes in strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.


Key Responsibilities


Video KYC Maker


• Conduct live Video KYC sessions with customers as per regulatory guidelines.

• Verify customer identity documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, etc., during the video call.

• Capture and record customer consent accurately.

• Perform customer liveliness checks.

• Ensure complete and proper documentation during the KYC process.


Video KYC Checker


• Review Video KYC sessions conducted by Makers for accuracy and compliance.

• Validate customer details against submitted documents and regulatory requirements.

• Identify gaps, discrepancies, or potential fraud indicators and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure timely reporting of exceptions and maintenance of audit trails.

• Provide feedback and training inputs to Makers for continuous process improvement.


Qualifications & Skills


• Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration or a related field.

• 0–1 year of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, or audit functions (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.

• Familiarity with digital platforms and secure video conferencing tools.
