Loan Executive

The Payment Relationship Manager (PRM) is responsible for visiting merchants and small business owners to promote pre-approved business loans. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into successful loan disbursements — with no physical documents or bank statements required, as the process is fully digital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit merchant shops and nearby businesses to explain pre-approved loan offers.

• Convince eligible customers to apply for quick digital loans.

• Collect basic details and assist customers in completing online applications.

• Achieve daily and monthly loan disbursement targets.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and build strong merchant relationships.

• Update daily visit reports and lead conversion details.

• Coordinate with the backend team for approvals and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Field sales experience (preferred in loans, banking, or fintech).

• Ability to identify and convert potential leads.

• Smartphone knowledge to handle digital loan process.
