Position : Openstack Developer

Experience : 7 to 12 years

Location : Anywhere in India - Remote

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience and expertise on the OpenStack / Kubernetes and Linux platforms is a must.

• Handle OpenStack cloud administration tasks such as performance tuning, fix, and resource management. Manage availability zones, host aggregation, tenant management, and virtual resources.
• Should have good experience in Linux Administration for both physical and virtual servers (OS Installation, Performance Monitoring/Optimization, Kernel Tuning, LVM management, File System Management, and Security Management).
• Manage and fix Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 6.x, 7.x, 8.x), Ubuntu, and CentOS systems, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless system upgrades.
• Configure and troubleshoot network components including TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, VXLAN, bridging, routing, IP Tables, DNS, and DHCP.
• Operate and manage hardware through interfaces like iLO, iDRAC, 
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, cloud concepts, network protocols, and automation tools.
• Hands on experience with CEPH storage operations like OSD delete, recreate, set/unset flags as per operations requirements.
• Ensure SLAs and Operational standards are met including ITSM guidelines.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in any Private Cloud technology.

• Experience on Nokia Node CBIS/CBAM/NCS is a Plus.

• Hands on experience in OpenStack cloud administration tasks and Linux administration.

• Red Hat Linux Certifications & CKA  Certifications  will be good to have.
