Production Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control production processes to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze production data to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate effectively with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
• Work towards reducing production costs through process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare, maintain, and update production reports and documentation.
• Handle government-related documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
