Accounts Manager

Location: Kota, Rajasthan (managing stock in Kota & Bombay)

About the Role

This is a high-accountability role suitable for someone who can manage inventory, operations, accounting, and online sales for a fast-moving handbag business. You will be the single point of contact for stock, orders, and online marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Operations

Manage daily inventory across Kota & Bombay

Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock

Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers

Track fast-moving SKUs and prepare reorder plans

Provide daily stock updates to management

E-Commerce (Amazon + Others)

Manage product listings, pricing, cataloging, and stock availability

Update online orders and ensure timely dispatch

Track reviews, returns, and platform requirements

Improve online visibility and sales

Accounting & Finance

Maintain basic accounting—purchases, sales, expenses

Track daily revenue and profit

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Coordinate with CA for GST filings (CA will handle the filings)

Requirements

Strong ownership and accountability

Must be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities

Experience in inventory management or e-commerce preferred

Good with Excel/Google Sheets

Willing to travel to Bombay occasionally for stock checks

Prefer someone who can work independently and take decisions

Salary

₹15000 per month (depending on experience)
