Job Description

  • Business DevelopmentVisit tuition centers, coaching institutes, and schools in your assigned territory
  • Present and demonstrate the StepWise AI platform to institute owners, teachers, and students
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals with coaching centers for bulk credit packages
  • Identify and onboard new tuition centers and coaching institutes as channel partners
  • Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with institute owners and key decision-makers
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and renewals
  • Gather feedback from educators and students to improve our product
  • Sales ExecutionAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for credit packages
  • Conduct product demos and workshops at coaching centers
  • Process orders, collect payments, and ensure timely credit activation
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions in CRM
  • Market IntelligenceMap all tuition centers and coaching institutes in your territory
  • Report competitor activities and market trends
  • Identify opportunities for promotional activities and local marketing
