Job Title: Business Development Executive – Overseas Counsellor & B2B Sales Expert


Job Location: Kota

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseas Counselling:

• Guide students and parents through the overseas education process, including university selection, application procedures, and visa documentation.

• Provide personalized advice to clients based on their educational goals and career aspirations.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in international education and immigration policies.


2. B2B Sales:

• Identify and develop relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and other potential B2B partners.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand the company’s network and reach.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry developments.


3. Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business targets.

• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking sessions.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

• Proven experience in overseas counselling and/or B2B sales (minimum 2-3 years).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
