Business Development Executive (BDE)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote cyber security courses, workshops, and certification programs through field marketing activities.
• Visit colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate offices to introduce academy programs.
• Generate student leads and admissions through direct interaction and counseling.
• Conduct seminars, demo sessions, roadshows, and awareness programs in educational institutions.
• Coordinate with the sales, training, and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and standees.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with academic partners and referral sources.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and student requirements.
• Maintain daily reports on visits, leads generated, and conversions.
• Support academy events, workshops, and placement drives when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
• Basic understanding of education or training marketing is a plus.
• Ability to convince, present, and close leads.
