Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our software development and IT support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in software development and IT services
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose customized solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
