• 🔹 Trainee Faculty :Assist in designing and delivering training modules for telecallers, drivers, and conductors.
• Support training sessions with role-plays, games, and interactive methods.
• Monitor the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare training materials, guides, and printable handouts.
• Develop your own training skills under guidance, with opportunity for growth.
