JOB TITLE - CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST 

Job summary - The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, support, and relationship-building. This role involves interacting with customers via various channels, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that promote a positive customer experience.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard; identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvement; relay relevant information to internal teams.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, using empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies, campaigns, and programs aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
  •  Analyse customer data and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; prepare reports for management.
  •  Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer support initiatives.
  •  Provide support and training to new team members on customer engagement best practices and company policies.

Skills -

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Qualification - Graduate Candidates

Working days - Monday - Saturday

Working Hours - 9:30 - 6:30 PM
