Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions through voice or chat support for domestic English process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via calls and chat in English
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
  • Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times (TAT)
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required)


Preferred Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center (English process preferred)
  • Experience with international voice/non-voice processes is an advantage
