Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions through voice or chat support for domestic English process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via calls and chat in English
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times (TAT)
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Meet individual and team performance metrics
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required)
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center (English process preferred)
- Experience with international voice/non-voice processes is an advantage
Work Environment
- 24/7 BPO operations
- Rotational shifts and weekly offs
- Office-based / Work-from-office
