Key Responsibilities:✅ Data & Sheet Management:

• Maintain and regularly update marketing data sheets and trackers.
• Ensure accuracy of campaign performance records, leads data, and reports.
• Coordinate with agencies or internal teams to collect required data.

✅ Chatbot Handling:

• Operate company chatbots for customer queries and lead generation.
• Update chatbot responses and flows as needed.
• Track and analyze chatbot performance and suggest improvements.

✅ Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms (posting, engaging, responding to queries).
• Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure timely posting and creative updates.
• Monitor engagement and share performance reports.

✅ Feedback & Reporting:

• Share timely feedback on marketing activities to the concerned teams.
• Identify gaps in performance and suggest actionable improvements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on key marketing metrics.

✅ Coordination:

• Work closely with other team members, agencies, and management for smooth execution of marketing plans.
• Key Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic understanding of chatbot tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive approach and attention to detail.
