Job Title: Sales Executive – HoReCa

Agrinova Foods LLP is a fast-growing food processing company specializing in high-quality fresh produce products. Our peeled garlic processing unit supplies premium ready-to-use garlic to hotels, restaurants, caterers, airline kitchens, food processors, and institutional buyers. We focus on delivering consistent quality, reliable supply, and efficient packaging solutions for professional kitchens.


Role Overview - We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to develop and expand our HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) sales channel for peeled garlic products. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and distributors, driving new customer acquisition, and ensuring repeat business.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, caterers, cloud kitchens, and institutional kitchens.
  • Promote Agrinova’s peeled garlic products to chefs, procurement managers, and kitchen operators.
  • Conduct product presentations and sampling with potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders.
  • Coordinate with distributors, wholesalers, and food service suppliers to expand market reach.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in the HoReCa segment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain sales records, client database, and reporting of sales activities.


Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HoReCa / food service / FMCG sales preferred.
  • Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and sales visits.
