Job Description –

ZED Bronze Surveillance OfficerWe are hiring ZED Bronze Surveillance Officers & Assessors for field-based assignments under the MSME ZED Scheme.

1. Key Responsibilities:Visit MSME units for ZED Bronze Surveillance

• Capture geo-tagged photos and complete documentation via ZED App
• Conduct verification and inspection as per prescribed guidelines
• Complete assessment reports (NC / Reject / Approve) from home
• Submit reports within defined timelines

2. Work Details:Daily allocation: 8–10 cases (No marketing required)

• Work area: Within 10–20 km radius from residence
• Surveillance completion timeline: Within 5 days
• Assessment report submission: Within 24 hours

3. Salary & Benefits:We offer two flexible payment models. Candidates can choose any one option:

Option 1: Fixed Salary Model

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
• Additional incentives may be applicable based on performance

Option 2: Per Audit Model

• ₹400 per surveillance case
• Higher earning potential based on number of cases completed

• No payment deduction for NC cases
• Continuous case allocation (No lead generation required)

4. Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Laptop/Desktop available at home
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed
• Good communication skills to interact with:
• Business Owners
• Directors
• CA / CS Professionals

5. Important Guidelines:Strict adherence to QCI guidelines

• No false reporting or unethical practices will be tolerated
