We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product/UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences that are aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Your role will involve working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience.

• Responsibilities:Conduct user research and gather insights to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for user experience and accessibility best practices.

• Requirements:Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability, and accessibility principles.
• Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and user testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (a plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Preferred Qualifications:Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• Previous experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or FinTech industries.
