HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, Interview scheduling)
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding process
• Maintain employee database and records

🔹 HR Operations

• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Assist in payroll processing coordination
• Handle employee documentation and compliance
• Update HR policies as required

🔹 Employee Engagement

• Conduct employee engagement activities
• Manage employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
• Organize team-building activities and company events

🔹 Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Maintain confidential HR records
• Support performance appraisal process
