What You'll Do:

Educate and Advise: Connect with women in your assigned area, explaining the benefits and features of various LIC life insurance policies in a clear and understandable manner.

Needs Assessment: Understand the financial goals and needs of potential policyholders to recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Policy Sales & Service: Facilitate the sale of new LIC policies and assist existing policyholders with their queries and service requests.

Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach programs and awareness campaigns to promote financial literacy and the value of life insurance.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all LIC-related matters.

Documentation & Follow-up: Assist clients with necessary paperwork and ensure timely follow-up for policy issuance and premium collection.

Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving mutually agreed-upon sales targets and contribute to the growth of LIC.

Who We're Looking For:

Residing in Kota : Familiarity with the local community is highly desirable.

Passionate about helping others: You genuinely care about the well-being of your community and want to make a positive impact.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex information simply and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Strong Interpersonal Skills: You are approachable, friendly, and a good listener.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You are disciplined, can work independently, and are driven to achieve your goals.

Basic Financial Acumen: An understanding of basic financial concepts is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
