Role Overview:We are seeking a responsible and experienced Packing Supervisor to manage the packing, labeling, and dispatch of modular furniture and wooden products. The ideal candidate should understand safe packaging methods, handle a team efficiently, and ensure timely and damage-free delivery of goods.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily packing operations for furniture items (modular cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen units, plywood sheets, etc.)
• Ensure products are packed safely using correct materials (bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, foam, straps, etc.)
• Maintain packing quality standards to avoid damage during transportation
• Plan, allocate, and monitor work of packing staff
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records of packed items, dispatch schedules, and inventory of packing material
• Inspect finished goods before packing to ensure quality and correctness
• Implement safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in packing area
• Track and report any issues such as damage, material shortage, or workflow delays
• Train helpers and packing staff for efficient and safe handling of furniture
• Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 12th pass; Diploma preferred
• 1–3 years experience as Packing Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor in furniture or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of packing materials and methods for wooden/modular furniture
• Ability to manage a team of helpers and packers
• Good communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, sheets, packing lists)
• Physically fit and capable of handling furniture items where required
