Sales Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing department.

* Motivate, guide, and support sales associates to improve performance and achieve targets.

* Conduct meetings with clients to understand business requirements and maintain strong relationships.

* Plan, organize, and operate sales campaigns and promotional activities, including High Tea Programs.

* Conduct sales training and development sessions for team members.

* Ensure regular follow-ups with the team to monitor progress and productivity.

* Maintain office discipline, professional decorum, and a positive work environment.

* Implement and monitor sales ethics, management policies, and company standards.

* Coordinate with teams for smooth execution of sales strategies and reporting.
