Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales performance by achieving targets for Current Account, Savings Account, and other liabilities products.

• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of bank's products such as insurance, investment products, etc.
• 
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and retain customer loyalty.
• 
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a high level of service quality.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
