Job Description: Grocery Retail Store ManagerPosition OverviewThe Grocery Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and maximizing store profitability. The Store Manager ensures that all store activities run smoothly and meet company standards.

• Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations ManagementEnsure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product display standards throughout the store.
• Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee cash handling, register operations, and daily sales reconciliations.
• 2. Inventory & Stock ControlMonitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and manage purchase orders.
• Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages, damages, and expiries.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and merchandising of grocery products.
• 3. Customer Service & ExperienceMaintain high standards of customer service.
• Address customer complaints, concerns, and queries professionally.
• Train staff to provide friendly and efficient service.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
• 4. Team Leadership & Human Resource ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise store staff.
• Create staff schedules and manage attendance.

• QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• High school diploma with strong retail experience may also be considered.
• Experience3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in grocery or FMCG.
• Proven experience in handling staff, inventory, and customer service.
