Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and professional Telecaller to join our team remotely. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products/services to potential clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently from a remote location.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential clients and customers to promote our products/services and generate leads.
  • Inbound Support: Answer inbound calls and provide information about products, services, or address customer queries.
  • Sales & Upselling: Promote products and services to customers, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Report Generation: Provide regular feedback and reports on call metrics, sales performance, and customer interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets and improve overall performance.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or sales representative.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language].
  • Ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
