Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller with fluency in English to join our team.

Make outbound calls to passengers for ratings and reviews.

Address passengers queries and concerns.

Motivate passengers to provide ratings.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact information and call notes.

Follow up with leads, prospects, and passengers to ensure satisfaction and encourage engagement.

Build a strong reputation with passengers.

Send messages on WhatsApp.

Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

You will receive 150-200 calls in a day.
