Role & Responsibilities:
- Call existing & potential customers from company database.
- Inform customers about offers, schemes, new collections & events.
- Generate showroom walk-ins and follow-ups.
- Maintain call records & update CRM.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills.
- Customer-friendly & persuasive approach.
- Experience in telecalling / retail / jewellery preferred.
- Comfortable with targets and follow-ups.
