Job Description

  • Sales generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers, present product/service information, and persuade them to make a purchase.
  • Customer interaction: Answer customer questions, address concerns or objections professionally, and handle complaints.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsell products.
  • Sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and daily sales goals.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to offer appropriate recommendations.
