• Key Responsibilities1.
• Stock ManagementMaintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inward & outward movement of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production & warehouse teams for availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• 2. Dispatch Operations Management
• Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatches to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport slips.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers for smooth dispatch operations.
• 3. Vehicle Costing & Logistics Planning
• Evaluate vehicle options based on cost, distance, and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate and manage transport charges to minimize logistics cost.
• Ensure proper utilization of vehicles to achieve maximum efficiency.
• 4. Monitoring & Tracking
• Track vehicle movement and update dispatch status in real time.
• Anticipate and resolve issues like delays, route changes, or vehicle breakdowns.
• Ensure timely communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• 5. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain records of dispatches, vehicle usage, freight costs, and delivery performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and regulatory guidelines.
• Required Skills
• Good knowledge of stock handling and warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation logistics and dispatch processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Preferred: Logistics / Supply Chain).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics roles.

📌 Dispatch Executive – Job Description (Gujarati)Wegmaan Agro Industries અમારી ટીમમાં જોડાવવા માટે એક કુશળ અને જવાબદાર Dispatch Executive ની શોધમાં છે. ઉમેદવારને મુખ્યત્વે સ્ટોક મેનેજમેન્ટ, ડિસ્પેચ મેનેજમેન્ટ, વેહિકલ કોસ્ટિંગ અને સમયસર ડિસ્પેચ ના તમામ કાર્ય સંભાળવા પડશે.

• મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ1.
• સ્ટોક મેનેજમેન્ટસ્ટોકનું સચોટ રેકોર્ડ રાખવું અને માલના inward–outward મૂવમેન્ટનું સંચાલન કરવું.
• સ્ટોક લેવલની દેખરેખ રાખવી અને પ્રોડક્શન/વેરહાઉસ ટીમ સાથે સહકાર રાખવો.
• નિયમિત સ્ટોક ઓડિટ અને રીકન્સિલિએશન કરવું.
• 2. ડિસ્પેચ ઓપરેશન્સ મેનેજમેન્ટ
• દૈનિક ડિસ્પેચનું આયોજન, શેડ્યૂલિંગ અને સમયસર ડિલિવરી સુનિશ્ચિત કરવી.
• ઈન્વોઈસ, ડિલિવરી ચલણ, ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ સ્લિપ વગેરે જેવા ડિસ્પેચ દસ્તાવેજો તૈયાર કરવાનું.
• ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટર, ડ્રાઈવર અને ગ્રાહકો સાથે સંકલન જાળવીને ડિસ્પેચ પ્રક્રિયા સુનિશ્ચિત કરવી.
• 3. વેહિકલ કોસ્ટિંગ અને લોજિસ્ટિક્સ
• પ્લાન્યિંગડિલિવરી રૂટ, અંતર અને સમય અનુસાર સૌથી કૉસ્ટ-ઇફેક્ટિવ વેહિકલ પસંદ કરવી.
• ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ ચાર્જ પર નેગોશિએટ કરી ખર્ચ ઘટાડવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવો.
• વેહિકલનો યોગ્ય ઉપયોગ થાય તે માટે આયોજન કરવું.
• 4. મોનિટરિંગ અને ટ્રેકિંગ
• વેહિકલની મૂવમેન્ટ ટ્રેક કરવી અને રિયલ-ટાઈમ ડિસ્પેચ સ્ટેટસ અપડેટ કરવો.
• ડિલે, રુટ બદલાવ અથવા તકલીફો જેવા મુદ્દા ઉકેલવા માટે તાત્કાલિક પગલાં લેવાં.
• ડ્રાઈવર, ગ્રાહકો અને આંતરિક ટીમ સાથે નિયત સંચાર જાળવવો.
• 5. ડોક્યુમેન્ટેશન અને રિપોર્ટિંગ
• ડિસ્પેચ રેકોર્ડ, વેહિકલ યુસેજ, ફ્રેટ કોસ્ટ અને ડિલિવરી પરફોર્મન્સ જાળવવું.
• મેનેજમેન્ટ માટે દૈનિક/સાપ્તાહિક/માસિક રિપોર્ટ તૈયાર કરવો.
• સેફ્ટી, ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ અને નિયમનકારી ગાઈડલાઈનનું પાલન કરવું.
• જરૂરી કુશળતાઓસ્ટોક હેન્ડલિંગ અને વેરહાઉસ કામગીરીનું સારા જ્ઞાન.
• ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ લોજિસ્ટિક્સ અને ડિસ્પેચ પ્રોસેસની સમજૂતી.
• મલ્ટીટાસ્કિંગ ક્ષમતા અને ઝડપી વાતાવરણમાં કામ કરવાની ક્ષમતા.
• MS Excel અને બેઝિક કમ્પ્યુટર સ્કિલ્સ.
• સારી કોમ્યુનિકેશન અને કોઓર્ડિનેશન ક્ષમતાઓ.
• ક્વોલિફિકેશનગ્રેજ્યુએટ (લોજિસ્ટિક્સ/સપ્લાય ચેઈન પ્રાથમિકતા).
• 1 થી 3 વર્ષનો લોજિસ્ટિક્સ/ડિસ્પેચ અનુભવ.
